3. How do I know what type of wig I'm buying?

Every product page clearly indicates whether the wig is 100% Human Hair or Human Hair Blend. You'll also find details about the lace type, cap construction, density, length, and care instructions.

4. Can I straighten or curl my wig?

Yes. Most of our wigs can be heat styled, but the recommended temperature depends on the hair type.

• 100% Human Hair: Can be straightened, curled, and styled just like your natural hair. We recommend using a heat protectant to maintain its quality.
• Premium Human Hair Blend: Most of our human hair blend wigs are made with heat-resistant fibres and can be styled using low to medium heat. Always check the maximum recommended temperature listed on the product page before using hot tools.

5. How long will my wig last?

The lifespan of your wig depends on the hair type, how often it's worn, and how well it's cared for.

• Premium Human Hair Blend: With proper care, your wig can last 6–12 months. Human hair blend wigs are designed to maintain their style well and require less day-to-day styling, making them a great option for everyday wear.

To maximise the lifespan of any wig, we recommend using sulphate-free hair products, avoiding excessive heat, and storing your wig on a stand or in a satin bag when not in use.

Yes. Both our 100% Human Hair and Premium Human Hair Blend wigs are designed to be comfortable, easy to wear, and suitable for both beginners and experienced wig wearers.

• 100% Human Hair: Offers the most natural look and can be customised and styled to your preference. Some styles may require light customisation, depending on the lace type.
• Premium Human Hair Blend: A great choice for beginners. These wigs are low maintenance, hold their style well, and are ready to wear with minimal effort.

7. Can I colour or bleach the hair?

It depends on the type of wig you purchase.

• 100% Human Hair: Yes. Human hair wigs can be coloured, toned, or bleached. For the best results and to preserve the quality of the hair, we recommend having any colouring or bleaching done by a professional hairstylist.
• Premium Human Hair Blend: We do not recommend colouring or bleaching human hair blend wigs. The blend of human hair and heat-resistant fibres does not react to hair dye or bleach in the same way as natural human hair, and attempting to colour it may damage the fibres.
